Insurcomm Restoration | Fortify Companies in Wilmington/Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects from inspection to walkthrough, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will scope losses, build profitable estimates, coordinate with crews and insurance adjusters, and mentor field teams while upholding safety and quality standards in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or mitigation field required.
• Ability to scope losses and write accurate estimates.
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine accurate scopes and costs.
• Prepare profitable estimates for multiple loss types.
• Manage $1M+ annual project volume.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients on scope and pricing.
• Define project expectations and secure signed contracts.
• Develop production budgets and plan efficient execution.
• Oversee field crew work and ensure quality control.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
