Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects from inspection through completion. You will manage scopes, costs, and client relations while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes leadership, robust communication, and proficiency with restoration tools, with on-call rotation and field-based responsibilities in Wilmington/Jacksonville, NC.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or mitigation to scope losses and write estimates.
• Understanding of insurance restoration processes.
• Ability to lead projects from inspection to closeout.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to participate in On-Call rotation.
• IICRC WRT certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine scopes and costs.
• Prepare detailed, profitable estimates for restoration losses.
• Manage approx. $1M+ in annual project volume.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients on scope/pricing.
• Define project expectations and sign contracts.
• Develop production budgets and plan jobs for efficiency.
• Oversee production and ensure quality control.
• Maintain documentation in PSA and report weekly.
