Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, or disaster recovery.
• Proven ability to manage employees, schedules, and multiple active projects.
• Strong understanding of mitigation scopes, drying documentation, and job costs.
• Excellent leadership, organization, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with customers, adjusters, property managers, vendors, and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency-services environment.
• IICRC certifications preferred and relevant software experience.

Responsibilities

• Own mitigation projects from response through completion, including scopes and job costs.
• Lead, train, and coach mitigation team for productivity and safety.
• Ensure projects are properly scoped, documented, and align with standards.
• Inspect work and require corrections before billing.
• Keep stakeholders informed about timelines and changes.
• Manage job costs and ensure files are ready for estimating and billing.
• Coordinate emergency-response coverage and staffing.
