Job summary

ServiceMaster by Haven Restoration Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Mitigation Operations Manager to lead water, fire, mold, and emergency-service operations. This hands-on leadership role requires managing people, schedules, and project costs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will scope projects, supervise teams, maintain documentation, ensure safety and compliance with IICRC standards, and drive departmental profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mitigation projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of scopes, costs, and profitability.
• Knowledge of IICRC standards and emergency response processes.

Responsibilities

• Own mitigation projects from initial response through completion, including scopes and costs.
• Lead, train, and hold the team accountable for productivity, safety and service.
• Ensure proper scoping, documentation, monitoring, and completion per standards.
• Inspect work at key stages and ensure readiness for billing and closeout.
• Coordinate timelines with customers, adjusters, managers, and vendors.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop mitigation staff; manage staffing and travel.
