Job summary
Paul Davis Restoration of the Triad is seeking a Mitigation Coach to lead and develop the mitigation technician team, ensuring operational excellence in field production and documentation. You will supervise staffing, training, performance, and safety compliance while partnering with leadership to meet project goals.
Responsibilities include coaching technicians, overseeing equipment, and driving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have strong understanding of drying science (psychrometrics, air movement, dehumidification).
- Proficiency with MICA, Encircle, RMS, and moisture meters.
- Ability to scope losses, write work orders, and oversee proper equipment installation.
- Knowledge of OSHA, PPE usage, and jobsite safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation technician team in field production and documentation.
- Oversee staffing, training, performance standards, and compliance with drying protocols.
- Support cycle time, scorecard compliance, and customer experience goals.
- Monitor equipment inventory, purchase needs, and vehicle maintenance.
