Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of Downriver Detroit is seeking a Mitigation Field Production Supervisor to oversee multiple mitigation crews and direct daily field operations. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and professional project execution in alignment with Paul Davis standards, while maintaining documentation, customer satisfaction, and timely project completion.

You will lead field teams across projects, develop technicians, ensure quality and compliance with IICRC standards, and support

Qualifications

• Five+ years of mitigation or restoration experience.
• Experience leading mitigation crews or supervising field operations.
• IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD and other advanced certifications preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background screening and other pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of all mitigation field operations.
• Supervise multiple mitigation crews while maintaining production standards.
• Visit active projects to monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure crews stay productive, prepared, and safe throughout the workday.
• Remove obstacles to prevent delays and coordinate with the Mitigation Operations Manager.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Lead Technicians and Mitigation Technicians.
