Job summary

Paul Davis Triad-West is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to serve as the administrative, scheduling, communication, and compliance support for the Mitigation Department. This role functions like an administrative assistant while coordinating mitigation file oversight and handling customer and adjuster communications.

You will help with dispatch, timekeeping, and documentation, ensure audit readiness, escalate issues to leadership, and support on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with data entry and documentation control in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with RMS or cloud-based systems.
• Experience with TPAs or compliance-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mitigation job flow from intake through closeout with file oversight and audit readiness.
• Support daily intake, dispatch, and scheduling activities to keep work moving.
• Serve as primary communication point for customers during active mitigation jobs.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters on approvals and documentation.
• Assist with collections and accounts receivable follow-up.
