Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of the Triad is seeking a Mitigation Coach to lead, coach, and develop the mitigation technician team for top performance in field production, documentation, customer satisfaction, and equipment management.

The role focuses on staffing, training, performance, accountability, and adherence to drying science and safety standards, with substantial hands-on field coaching and collaboration with Project Managers to manage residential and commercial losses.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of drying science, psychrometrics, air movement, and dehumidification.
• Experience coaching technicians and managing staff progression.
• Ability to conduct performance and behavior reviews with documentation.
• Capable of writing work orders and overseeing equipment installation.
• Proficiency with field documentation systems (RMS, MICA, Encircle).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation technician team for field production and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, progression, and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with drying science, mitigation protocols, and safety practices.
• Monitor cycle time, scorecard metrics, and customer experience.
• Partner with leadership and Project Manager to maintain a high‑performing department.
• Spend significant time in the field coaching and evaluating technicians.
