Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Operations Manager to lead the mitigation department, oversee field operations, and drive project success from intake to reconstruction handoff. The role emphasizes field leadership, customer communication, and continuous improvement in service quality.

You will coach technicians, manage estimates, coordinate insurance processes, and ensure safety and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer experiences across all mitigation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mitigation or restoration experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, contents, and biohazard mitigation.
• Working knowledge of insurance restoration practices.
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility preferred.
• Ability to prepare or review mitigation estimates.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• IICRC certifications.
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
