You will coach Project Managers and field leaders, drive department profitability through scheduling and job costing, ensure safety and quality, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Mitigation & Contents department with focus on customer service.

• Support complex mitigation projects and help teams solve field challenges.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across projects.
• Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, vendors, and referral sources.
