Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operator to orchestrate deployment of flagship hardware and software, ensuring field readiness and success for customer missions. You will work with engineering, logistics, and technical operations to deploy products, train end users, and maintain high performance in the field.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 3–5+ years in a technical field.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience leading tech-enabled teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into requirements.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate deployment of Anduril products to the field and ensure mission readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners through active engagement.
• Represent customer needs to engineers and shape product development.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Move quickly with ownership and prudent interdisciplinary judgment.
