Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense tech company driving autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion for national security. The Mission Operators deploy Anduril products in the field, train users, and ensure high performance while collaborating with engineering, logistics, and operations teams.

We seek individuals with a mission-first mindset, ownership, technical curiosity, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to customers. Travel up to 50% is required, and a Secret clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field.
• Organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and building influence.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products, training end users and ensuring high performance.
• Drive relationship management with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Shape products to meet mission needs by collaborating with customers and engineers.
• Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team to ensure successful deployments.
• Move fast and operate with autonomy to make an impact.
