Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments.
• Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Strong problem solving across hardware, software, and networking; ability to drive clarity in vague problems.
• Willing to travel 25-50%.
• Secret clearance or above required.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity with the United States Air Force to deploy Anduril C2 products.
• Own delivery of contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps.
• Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements from training and field use.
• Provide input to product and engineering teams to improve efficiency of user workflows.
• Support engagement with other service components and DoD components to broaden adoption.
• Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system for large-scale exercises.
