Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to own the deployment lifecycle for Anduril compute infrastructure, coordinating site surveys, installation, acceptance testing, and scalable deployment capabilities across government sites.

You will be the technical bridge to government customers, translating operational needs into engineering requirements, tracking timelines, and ensuring system performance while collaborating with software and SRE teams.

Qualifications

Five+ years in site operations, field engineering, or related programs in defense or national security environments.
Hands-on deployment and sustaining compute hardware in operational or lab settings.
Experience liaising between government customers and engineering teams on deployments and readiness.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute site deployments of Anduril compute nodes across government sites.
Serve as technical liaison for government customers, communicating status and requirements.
Coordinate integration of third-party sensors and systems into hardware form factors.
Develop and maintain fleet management for deployed nodes and software baselines.
Collaborate with SRE teams on monitoring, updates, and incident response.
Prepare technical reports and deployment readiness reviews for leadership.
