Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate imaging systems into operational employment concepts. You will work cross-functionally with Imaging Operations Leads, engineers, and program leadership to deploy, train, and troubleshoot our hardware–software products worldwide.

You will travel extensively (75%+ of the year) to remote regions, including hazard zones, and serve as a subject matter expert on imaging products, guiding customers and internal

Qualifications

• 3+ years solving problems at hardware–software–network interface.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with Linux command-line troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational specs.
• Experience in project management and product deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ to remote regions.
• Eligible for active US Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity with DoW to deploy integrated hardware–software products.
• Produce training manuals, pre-deployment surveys, and technical docs.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured settings.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure high availability and performance of imaging systems.
• Coordinate cross-team projects across multiple functions.
• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Pre-configure systems for seamless integration with program infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot in real time with hands-on problem solving.
• Author training docs for end users and internal program usage.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud environments.
