Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate Imaging systems into operational employment concepts. You will be the subject-matter expert ensuring customers leverage our imaging products effectively, working with Imaging Operations Leads and engineering leadership to plan deployment, training, documentation, and troubleshooting with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience solving problems at hardware-software-networking interfaces.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with command line Linux troubleshooting and operation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specs.
• Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel >75% to remote regions for extended periods.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity to deploy Anduril hardware-software products to meet needs.
• Support delivery of training manuals, site surveys, and technical docs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments to resolution.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure high availability and performance of imaging systems.
• Coordinate cross-team projects across multiple functions.
• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Pre-configure systems for seamless integration with program infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time with analytical thinking.
• Author training docs for end users and internal use.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments and cloud platforms.
