Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate Imaging families into operational deployments. You will act as a subject matter expert and work cross-functionally with Imaging Operations Leads, Technical Operations Engineers, and engineering leadership to address training, deployment planning, documentation, and direct customer troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience solving problems at hardware/software/network interfaces.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Experience with command line Linux troubleshooting and operation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and specs.
• Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel >75% of the year, including hazard zones.
• Eligible for active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity, deploying Anduril hardware-software products to meet needs.
• Support creation of training manuals and deployment planning documents.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure high availability and performance of imaging systems.
• Lead cross-team projects spanning multiple functions.
• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Pre-configure systems for seamless integration with program infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot in real-time with analytical, hands-on problem-solving.
• Author training docs for end users and internal usage.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls and cloud environments.
