Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate the Imaging families of systems into operational concepts of employment. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril Imaging products, collaborating with Imaging Operations Leads and engineering leadership to plan deployments, address training, and troubleshoot directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years solving problems at hardware-software-networking interface.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Linux command line troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into requirements.
• Experience in project management and deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ to remote regions, including hazardous zones.
• Eligible for US Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Anduril imaging products with customers globally.
• Develop training manuals, site surveys, and technical docs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured settings.
• Communicate issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Plan and implement operational/logistical plans for events.
• Ensure imaging system availability and performance.
• Drive cross-team projects across multiple functional areas.
• Provide end-to-end setup, configuration, and integration.
• Pre-configure systems for seamless program integration.
• Troubleshoot in real time and apply hands-on problem solving.
• Create training materials and usage instructions for users.
