Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate Imaging systems into operational employment concepts. You will act as a subject matter expert across imaging products, coordinating with Imaging Operations Leads, engineers, and leadership to train, deploy, document, and troubleshoot with customers.

You will work cross-functionally to address training, deployment planning, and product refinement, ensuring customers can maximize system performance and reliability

Qualifications

• 3+ years solving problems at the hardware-software-network interface.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with command line Linux troubleshooting and operation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and specs.
• Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel >75% to remote regions globally, up to two months.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity, deploying Anduril hardware-software products.
• Support delivery of training manuals, site surveys, and technical docs.
• Tackle complex hardware/software/network issues and drive resolution.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure high availability of imaging systems and integration with program infra.
• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Pre-configure systems for seamless integration with program infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time with analytical, hands-on problem solving.
• Author training docs for end users and internal usage.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments (firewalls, routers, switches, APs, cloud).
