You'll design, build, and ship automated workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled tools on Axon's platform, delivering measurable field outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and CJIS-compliant development in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, data pipelines
• Build with Axon products: configure and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns for other accounts
• Establish CJIS compliance and security considerations in every build
• Coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services when integrations fail
