Axon Enterprise seeks an experienced builder who will own the full lifecycle of agency outcomes, from deployment to ongoing success, on Axon's platform. You will operate onsite, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ship capable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or large deployments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for agency in the Axon ecosystem.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on site using Axon's platform (AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, data tools).
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns for other accounts.
