Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a seasoned, customer-facing leader to own outcomes for strategic agency accounts. You will design, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled workflows on Axon’s platform, working onsite 3–4 days a week and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure mission success.

You will build trusted relationships with agency leadership, define success metrics, and guide field teams through adoption and production-ready delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments (typically 8+ years; varied experience welcome).
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: shipped working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes end to end within strategic accounts and drive deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success.
• Build and ship capabilities on Axon platform (AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations) onsite.
• Lead field activities, document patterns for reuse, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
• Establish trust with agency leadership, lead reviews and strategic planning, and define success metrics.
