Job summary

Axon seeks an experienced, onsite owner of customer outcomes within strategic agency accounts. You will combine deep technical expertise with builder instincts to deliver production-ready solutions, ensuring adoption and measurable mission impact while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.

You will embed for the long haul, shipping on Axon’s stack, and maintaining CJIS compliance throughout deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and outcomes for agencies onsite across deployment, adoption, optimization and ongoing success.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities using Axon platform on site with real users and data.
• Drive adoption by the end users and measure workflow impact and mission outcomes.
• Lead field intelligence, identify expansion opportunities and inform roadmaps with field feedback.
• Maintain onsite presence 3–4 days per week and track time-to-first-production-use and impact metrics.
