Job summary

Axon is seeking a high-impact builder to own customer outcomes within strategic agencies, embedding on site to deploy, adopt, and optimize Axon’s ecosystem. You’ll combine deep technical skill with operational leadership to transform agency workflows and outcomes.

In this role you’ll lead end-to-end deployments, foster executive relationships, and drive sustained success. We value strong communication, security-minded delivery, and a bias for action in a fast-moving mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; former law enforcement or military background preferred but not required.
• Ability to own end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts and be the accountable owner.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon's platform on site across deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure adoption and impact.
• Develop trusted relationships with agency leadership and conduct mission reviews and strategic planning.
• Capture field intelligence to influence roadmap decisions and create reusable playbooks.
