Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior, field-facing professional who owns customer outcomes across engagements within strategic accounts. You will design, build, and ship capabilities on site, integrating AI-era solutions and agency workflows to deliver measurable mission impact.

You will maintain onsite presence, drive adoption, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to ensure success and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or deployment of large-scale projects.
• Experience in law enforcement or military background preferred but not required.
• Proven track record shipping production-ready automations, agents, or workflows.
• Ability to own end-to-end deployments and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products—configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks, then document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails — CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy — in every build.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services when builds or integrations break.
