Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree in management, operations or similar field a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising production and/or retail operations to achieve revenue, productivity and other KPIs.
• Experience in non-profits and human services environments is a strong plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Lift up to 40 pounds in support of donation and production areas.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance if driving for company business.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads retail store teams and co-manages effective store and donation operations to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain safety, ethics and quality across store operations.
• Lead, train and develop employees to foster performance and mission delivery.
• Develop staffing models and scheduling for efficient retail sales operations.
• Ensure high customer service standards and protect company assets.
