Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Clinton Twp, MI is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our office-based team. You will manage full-cycle talent acquisition, from posting jobs and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and onboarding while supporting our HR team.

This role collaborates with managers across Ross locations, uses Paycom and other recruiting tools, and ensures compliance with Ross policies. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with one afternoon until 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or internal HR recruiting.
• Strong interviewing and candidate selection skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes for skills, experience, and education.
• Contact applicants by phone, email, or text to arrange interviews.
• Conduct phone or video interviews and refer candidates to managers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback and offers.
• Maintain clear candidate and manager communication throughout hiring.
• Assist with onboarding and HR recordkeeping.
