Job summary

Ross Education Holdings is seeking a Recruiter to join our HR/Recruiting team in Clinton Township, MI. This office-based role handles full-cycle talent acquisition, posting jobs, sourcing, resume reviews, interviewing, and onboarding for Ross’s 40+ locations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in talent acquisition, strong communication, and Paycom experience. You'll collaborate with managers, adhere to policies, and support HR operations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

2+ years of talent acquisition experience.
Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
Strong interviewing skills and ability to make recommendations to managers.
General knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices with attention to detail.
Proficient in phone and video interviewing, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Review resumes for skills, experience, education and required certifications.
Contact applicants by phone, email, text to set up interviews or gain additional information.
Conduct interviews by phone or video for current assignments and refer candidates to managers.
Schedule interviews for managers and follow up on feedback and recommendations.
Communicate clearly with candidates and managers throughout the hiring process.
Order background checks, drug screens, verifications as required.
Extend approved offers and negotiate with support from the Manager.
Post openings and source candidates for Ross locations; contribute to marketing of jobs.
