Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to manage transactional staffing processes for a designated Distribution Center.

You will coordinate with Staffing Leads, temporary agencies, HR directors, and hiring managers to ensure timely staffing and accurate documentation. You will also handle new hire folders, I-9 audits, and onboarding scheduling, while posting open roles and processing offers.

Qualifications

• Requires accurate keyboard skills (10-key by touch).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Kronos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for the Distribution Center with Staffing Lead.
• Liaise with temporary staffing agencies per procedures.
• Process staffing orders and prepare new hire folders.
• Audit associate files, including I-9s, and document actions.
• Schedule orientations and onboarding for associates.
• Post open non-exempt positions and manage offer letters.
