Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and post job descriptions aligned with organizational needs and branding standards.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone and virtual screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps, and maintain timely follow-up with candidates.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems or spreadsheets.
• Support background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements as needed.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting progress and pipeline status.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.

This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.

Recruiter Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles

• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-driven organizations

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Contract or fractional recruiting experience
