Job summary

Roush Industries in Livonia, MI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team, drive recruiting strategy, and partner with Human Resources. This role will be key in improving processes and delivering top talent across multiple business units.

You will optimize talent acquisition, collaborate with campus recruiters, and manage metrics and compliance. The position requires extensive recruiting experience, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. Full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing strategies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience with talent acquisition technology including ATS and AI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business unit recruitment team with tiered sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Ensure timely filling of roles and pre-screen candidates for compliance.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers on workforce staffing plans.
• Develop internship programs and campus recruiting strategies.
• Qualify candidates based on skill, culture, and fit using behavioral interviewing.
• Oversee interview process and extend offers.
• Optimize TA technology for ROI and efficiency.
• Research labor/trends and report hiring metrics.
