Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Corporate Internship Recruiter to lead planning, development, and execution of the Corporate Internship Program in partnership with the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.

You will source, assess, offer, onboard, and manage the program for interns and early-career hires, coordinating with business leaders, HR, and universities to build a premier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably corporate recruiting.
• Experience with university recruiting and/or internship program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Ross University Recruiting strategy.
• Serve as the liaison for the Corporate Analyst Internship Program, delivering a best-in-class intern experience.
• Drive campus recruiting strategies including partnerships, career fairs, information sessions and events.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and early-career roles, including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Build relationships with universities and external partners to strengthen Ross Stores' employer brand.
