Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington seeks a Property Manager to lead housing operations for formerly homeless and low-income residents. You will oversee administration, maintenance, and resident services at assigned properties to ensure safety and stability.

This role requires 2+ years in multi-family property management, ability to supervise staff, and adherence to HUD requirements. You will collaborate with compliance, finance, and regional teams to keep properties compliant and financially

Qualifications

• Two years’ property management experience with supervision of others.
• Experience with homeless population and affordable housing; HUD & Tax Credit preferred.
• LIHTC/HUD certification within six months of hire (employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, safe living environment and manage properties to achieve occupancy goals.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs; ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate resident services and ensure regulatory compliance (HUD, LIHTC, etc.).
