Job summary

Elwyn in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Manager to implement and oversee residential CLP services, ensuring ISP alignment and high-quality supports.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure HIPAA compliance, coordinate ISP updates and MAR reviews, and partner with families and clinical teams to improve outcomes; strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and data-driven CQI are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6 years' experience in IDD.
• Supervisory experience; leadership in a nonprofit setting preferred.
• Ability to manage staff, schedules and program documentation.
• Knowledge of NJ regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff across recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with NJAC 10:44A and HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate ISP development and updates, and MAR reviews.
• Oversee scheduling to maintain consistent staffing.
• Collaborate with families, DSPs, and program coordinators.
