Elwyn in Pennsylvania seeks an Operations Manager to oversee CRS program services, ensure ISP-aligned outcomes, and maintain high-quality programming. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and train teams to meet regulatory standards and family expectations.

You will also manage program documentation, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing quality improvement, while coordinating with supervisors and Supports Coordinators to optimize ISP processes and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• One of the education/experience combinations listed with supervisory background.
• Ability to lead, supervise and provide directions to teams and staff.
• Knowledge of regulations including PA state code and HB regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to meet ISP outcomes.
• Oversee staff scheduling for consistent coverage.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
• Lead ISP development and annual updates.
