Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Director of Operations to lead designated program areas, ensuring policy implementation and robust operation of services for individuals supported. The role requires coordinating with managers, HR, and QA to improve outcomes, staffing, and compliance within a unionized environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in program operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. A CPR/First Aid capability is needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of program operations and management experience.
• Leadership experience in process improvement preferred.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with unionized workforce is a plus.
• Must be able to perform CPR, first aid and crisis interventions using agency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated department programs and support CRS managers.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance across programs.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, payroll accuracy and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, discipline and investigations.
• Provide supervision and staff development; recruit and coach staff.
• Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives across programs.
