Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to direct assigned client programs and implement programmatic policies. You will train and supervise staff, ensure ISP/BSP/Medical Plans compliance, and maintain documentation and reporting across the program.

The role emphasizes adherence to Open Arms Care policies, quality assurance, and 24/7 readiness for on-call responsibilities. Experience with IDD care and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with IDD is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• PCM certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate care for a maximum caseload of 16 individuals with IDD.
• Prepare and train on ISP, BSP, and Medical Support Plans.
• Assess progress and plan supports for independence.
• Oversee incident management and safety protocols.
