Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation seeks a Program Manager to direct assigned client programs and implement programmatic and administrative policies to meet client goals. Develops, implements, and ensures compliance with ISP, BSP, Medical Support Plans and protocols, and trains staff for accurate documentation.

The role manages up to 16 individuals with IDD, ensures plan adherence, coordinates with families and health professionals, and maintains CMS compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 1 year experience with IDD individuals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate care for up to 16 individuals with IDD.
• Prepare and train on ISP/BSP/Medical Support Plans.
• Ensure plans are followed and documentation is accurate.
