Catholic Charities New Hampshire is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our dedicated team. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, manage user environments, and support IT security practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Information Technology (IT) or comparable degree.
• 2+ years operational experience in IT Infrastructure (network, server, storage administration).
• Solid working knowledge in Microsoft products (Microsoft certified preferred).
• Microsoft server operating systems – 2012, 2019, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.
• Networking: switching and routing, VLANS, TCP/IP, VPNs.
• VMware virtualization and Horizon VDI.
• Veeam Software.
• VoIP phone system.
• Mobile Device Management.
• Strong knowledge of information security threats, vulnerability management, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

Job duties:

• Install, configure, test, and maintain systems, application software, system management tools and systems integrations
• User environment management, including desktops/laptops, profile management, software delivery, etc.
• Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs
• Create and/or update documentation concerning IT systems and IT procedures
• Champion IT standards, procedures, policies, and best practices
• Communicate standards of use of operations and security of network, personal computers, and data
• Liaise and partner with vendors and coworkers to ensure proper execution of IT related projects, initiatives and training.

Job Requirements
