Unity BAY Updated is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead a 200-employee HR team within a large nonprofit. The role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to foster an inclusive, compliant, high-performing culture aligned to the organization’s mission.

As the senior HR leader, you will develop and implement HR strategies, oversee policy development, compliance, compensation, and employee relations, and partner with the CEO to drive organizational change and workforce

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years HR experience including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Non-profit or human services experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute HR strategies aligned with mission and goals.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain personnel policies and employee handbook.
• Ensure legal compliance and risk management.
• Coach and develop HR staff and partner with leadership.
