Job summary

Minute Man Arc for Human Services in Concord, MA seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead strategy and day-to-day HR operations for 220+ employees across multiple programs. This hands-on executive role partners with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to build credible governance and enhance the employee experience.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will optimize the HRIS, drive workforce planning, and ensure compliance with MA and federal laws while aligning HR practices with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading change across leaders, managers, and employees.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience implementing, optimizing, or administering an HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR direction as a Senior HR partner to senior leadership.
• Advise on workforce planning, talent management, retention, and culture.
• Oversee HR governance, processes, and HRIS optimization.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Direct compensation, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and metrics.
