Job summary

Minute Man Arc, a nonprofit serving Concord, MA, seeks a Director of Human Resources who will bridge strategy and hands-on HR practice to strengthen our people infrastructure. Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with senior leaders to meet workforce needs across multiple programs for 220+ employees.

The role focuses on implementing an effective HRIS, shaping governance, and guiding the HR function to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading change and influencing adoption with leaders and staff.
• Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, communication skills.
• Experience building infrastructure, policy, processes, workflows, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and partner with senior leadership to align people practices with program goals.
• Oversee HRIS implementation, governance, and data integrity across the organization.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Direct compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave administration.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across programs.
