Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MN-MIMO radios, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will support acquisition stakeholders, demonstrate interoperability, and drive field-readiness of our StreamCaster portfolio across multi-domain environments.

Reporting to Applications Engineering, you’ll travel to customer sites and labs, contribute to technical demos, and align work with strategic priorities, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios or tactical comms systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and BD teams to validate architectures.
• Support technical demonstrations for low-signature, resilient, and tactical edge needs.
• Contribute to RF system provisioning, lab tests, and end-to-end network designs.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs; remote work option may be available.
