Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DRSN Support Technician III for the DGOC at Scott AFB, IL. This role requires U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and includes 24x7 shift work, nights and weekends.

Anticipated salary range is $65,000 - $75,000, with a strong emphasis on network operations and customer liaison responsibilities. You will work across TDM/SIP trunks, incident management systems, and global network monitoring to ensure maximum mission uptime and minimal operational impact for DoD

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) required.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve problems using network knowledge and ServiceNow.
• Notify contacts based on incidents affecting networks, circuits or locations.
• Execute network operations: configure/analyze TDM and SIP trunks.
• Work with customers and leaders to maximize network availability.
• Proactively monitor network alarms with management tools.
• Provide global situational awareness and operate incident tickets.
• Document outages, degradations, escalations and resolutions in lifecycle.
• Perform configuration maintenance on route plans and device profiles.
• Assess and resolve network incidents and configuration deficiencies.
