Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Mission Critical SWBD Assembler - B Crew in Sumter, SC. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am. The hourly rate is $16.00, with eligibility for the employee variable incentive program.

As an Assembler, you will select and install components using hand and power tools, working from front views and blueprints to manufacture custom switchboards. You will collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Sumter facility preferred.
• Experience in complex assembly or with drawings/diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panelboards using hand and power tools according to drawings/diagrams/blueprints.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met; communicate with team effectively.
• Identify missing components and maintain progress; participate in process improvements.
