Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Sumter, SC is seeking a SWBD - Production Associate Set-up/Chassis (B-Shift). The role runs Monday–Friday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am, with an hourly rate of $16.64 and eligibility for the variable incentive program.

You will assemble switchboards using drawings and hand/power tools, follow procedures, and verify quality while supporting a safe, productive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; Sumter facility within 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panelboards using hand and power tools per drawings/diagrams.
• Communicate and work with team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Identify missing components and follow established procedures during assembly.
• Maintain quality via visual inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Cross-train and stand in for other roles as needed.
