Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Mission Critical Switchboard Assembler (Closeout) in Sumter, SC. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with an hourly rate of $16.00.

This role participates in the employee variable incentive program and salary is a general guideline based on skills and experience. You'll assemble switchboards using drawings and blueprints, install components with hand and power tools, and collaborate with a team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals in a Lean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates within 50 mile radius of Sumter facility will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Select and install components using hand and power tools.
• Use drawings/diagrams/blueprints to assemble switchboards.
• Communicate with team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Identify missing components and maintain lean processes.
• Cross-train and support other functions when needed.
