Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Mission Critical Switchboard Assembler (Closeout) in Sumter, SC. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, and pay is $16.00 per hour with eligibility for an employee incentive program.

You will assemble switchboards from drawings, use hand and power tools, and ensure quality and safety in a team setting. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, BOMs, and wiring diagrams, identifying missing components, maintaining productivity, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residents within 50 miles of Sumter facility preferred (no relocation).

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panelboards using hand and power tools following drawings.
• Identify missing components and follow 5S and safety policies.
• Read front views, bill of materials, and diagrams to assemble.
• Communicate with team to meet quality and productivity goals.
