Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers to build a resilient foundation for modern safety operations.

Lead complex engagements across government procurement cycles, navigate regulatory ecosystems, and drive long-term RaaS contracts while expanding revenue opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in sales/public safety or 4+ years in related roles.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies or local governments preferred.
• Knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record laws.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic prospect accounts with new logos.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene.
• Design modern security solutions to mitigate risk.
• Identify and engage 911 directors, IT managers, procurement.
• Lead needs assessments for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911.
• Lead end-to-end responses for government bids and RFQs.
• Partner with radio and telephony vendors to integrate solutions.
• Deliver live demos of software capabilities.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansions.
• Work across the United States in alignment with vertical strategy.
