Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Voyager Space Solutions to oversee projects from concept to completion, coordinating with technical teams and developing customer relationships. The role reports to the VP of Project & Mission Management and sits in the Program Management department.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience leading projects across full lifecycles.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to follow defined project management processes and best practices.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (as required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide detailed status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage scope creep and change requests.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support comprehensive project proposals.
• Oversee external supplier relationships.
